At Grape County, we lead by example, integrating sustainability into every aspect of our operations. We are on a mission to be Net Zero and Nature Positive, combining ecological balance with innovative solutions that inspire sustainable living for a greener tomorrow.
Where Nature, People and Purpose Align

Soil Restoration

Topsoil Preservation
The fertile topsoil is stored & later distributed for landscaping using methods like terracing, mulching, and erosion-control.

No Chemical Fertilizers Used
We use the organic pest control and soil booster GIVA Amrut made from cow dung, urine, jaggery, gram flour, and soil. It enriches soil health and supports eco-friendly farming.

Soil-Conscious Construction
We have adopted a low-impact construction that helps in preserving microbial health and mineral balance, protecting the fertile earth for long-term ecological stability.

Climate-Smart Soil Management
We’ve adopted eco-conscious soil management by protecting natural terrains, utilizing indigenous plant species, and avoiding chemical inputs.
Water Conservation

Water Harvesting Reservoir
Once barren, the region now thrives thanks to five man-made lakes built for rainwater harvesting. These lakes foster biodiversity and support aquatic life, driving sustainable ecological growth.

Resilient Water Replenishment
Our rainwater harvesting system collects more than 20 crore litres, replenishing groundwater through man-made lakes, recharge wells and trenches.

Collecting Surface Water Runoff
Strategic contouring, swales, and permeable surfaces capture and redirect surface runoff, reducing erosion and supporting long-term water sustainability across the landscape.

Sustainable Water Management
With 100% recycled water and 30,000 litres of water recycled daily, we ensure sustainable water use for a greener future.

Reed Bed System
Sewage water is converted into green water which is again given to plants. Almost 40,000 litres / day can be treated in our Reed bed system.

Low-flow fixtures
Aerated faucets, low-flow showerheads, and dual-flush toilets help in reducing water consumption by 30–50%.

Life-Sustaining Lakes
Spread across 300 acres, 5 Man-made Lakes have been created at Grape County to recharge groundwater, support biodiversity, and bring balance to the ecosystem while enhancing the natural landscape.
Afforestation

Rewilding Ecosystem Restoration
By sourcing 95% indigenous tree species, we ensure optimal adaptation and rapid growth, inspiring habitat resilience and minimizing maintenance inputs.

Forest Restoration
We have planted more than 60000 native trees, boosting biodiversity and strengthening climate resilience.

Seed Ball Making
Our Seed Ball Making initiative engages guests in crafting nutrient-rich seed balls that enrich local biodiversity through a hands-on, interactive eco-workshop.

Tree plantation drive
We orchestrate tree-plantation drives that engage guests, local communities, and partners in reforestation efforts.

Adopt a tree
Our Adopt a Tree program invites guests to plant trees toward a 30,000-tree goal, with regular growth updates, supporting reforestation, biodiversity, and climate action.
A Memory That Grows Forever
Become part of our green journey by adopting a tree at Grape County. Every sapling planted helps offset carbon footprints while creating a living memory that thrives in nature.
Solar Energy

On-Grid Solar Power Integration
Our 216 kW on-grid solar array harnesses clean, renewable energy, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. The majority of power we consume is generated by solar.

Solar-driven water pumps & Electric vehicles
The resort uses solar-powered pumps for irrigation and EVs charged on-site, reducing grid reliance and fulfilling our zero-emission goal.

Composting
Through a combination of renewable energy solutions, afforestation, and eco-friendly practices, we actively generate 2400kg & work to reduce our carbon footprint.
Biodiversity

Wildlife Conservation
By preserving natural habitats for all species and providing critical care for the endangered, we actively safeguard regional biodiversity.

Sanctuary for Flora and Fauna
Grape County’s thriving natural environment supports a rich tapestry of life, fostering everything from indigenous plant species to pollinators and elusive birdlife.

Butterfly and Bee Gardens
We have cultivated butterfly and bee gardens featuring native nectar sources and larval host plants, supporting 30+ butterfly species and fortifying pollination networks.

Medical Garden
We design a dedicated medical garden showcasing indigenous healing plants, curated for guest wellness experiences, educational workshops, and sustainable harvesting practices.

Rewilding Ecosystem Restoration
By sourcing 95% indigenous tree species, we ensure optimal adaptation and rapid growth, inspiring habitat resilience and minimizing maintenance inputs.

Feathers & Flocks
Grape County is home to over 50+ species of resident and migratory birds, turning the resort into a thriving sanctuary for winged life. Their presence reflects the richness and balance of our natural ecosystem.
Eco Practices

Nature-Aligned Architecture
Grape County’s architecture blends with nature, using sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs to reduce impact and harness natural light, airflow, and renewable energy.

Sustainable Building Materials
We use eco-integrated materials like recycled timber, bamboo composites, and rammed earth to reduce environmental footprint and promote circular building practices.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We’ve used recyclable materials across structural elements to minimize waste and enhance efficiency. Transitioning to glass bottles has eliminated over 200,000 plastic bottles annually.

Circular Waste Systems
Organic waste is converted into compost, reducing landfill impact, while other recyclable materials are repurposed to create new resources.

Low-flow fixtures
Aerated faucets, low-flow showerheads, and dual-flush toilets help in reducing water consumption by 30–50%.
